ADAMA is seeking a Campaign & Portfolio Manager to lead the Corn, Rice and Row Crops portfolio in Italy. You will develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, product launches and portfolio plans in collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive growth and profitability.

The role requires strong agronomy knowledge, a marketing background in agriculture, and fluency in Italian and English. Travel up to 30% is expected, with a hybrid work arrangement at the Bergamo facilities.
