Mandarin Oriental Cristallo in Cortina d'Ampezzo seeks a Resort Manager to lead the hotel’s pre-opening operations and luxury service delivery. You will oversee the integration of Rooms Division and F&B;, drive quality and guest satisfaction, and ensure financial performance in alignment with Mandarin Oriental standards.

You will report to the General Manager, collaborate with Ownership and Cluster leadership, and develop a high-performing team across departments in a 24/7 luxury environment.
