Call Center Representative - $15.00 per hour

Our client in Tallahassee, FL is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. This is a long term, tempo pieno opportunity.

What will you be doing?

- Answering calls related to Florida scholarships and grants
- Document information in database

What do you bring?

- Positive, can-do attitude
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support a plus
