/ph3Role accountabilities /h3ulliCollaborate with the team lead in managing projects from the pursuit-to-win stage to the delivery-to-result.
/liliLead specific project teams in reference to sustainability assessments and building certifications for client organizations.
/liliDevelop and implement sustainability strategies and action plans.
/liliAnalyze data related to energy use, waste, water, and emissions.
/liliAdvise clients on regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
/liliPrepare detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders.
/liliLead workshops and training sessions on sustainability topics.
/liliImplement and develop certifications activities (BREEAM LEED consultancy), decarbonization projects (SBTi, LCA, CRREM assessments) and EU Taxonomy (compliance assessments); /liliLead projects during the design and construction stage /liliCollaborate with your colleagues of inter-disciplinary teams for technical due diligence and design assessments /li /ulh3Qualifications Experience /h3ulliAround 5-6 years of proven work experience in consulting activities in sustainability sector, with previous experience in MEP / Mechanical building design required; /liliA degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering (other engineering backgrounds would be accepted in case of relevant experience).
/liliAt least one AP Sustainability credentials.
/liliAn excellent (B2)
level of English and Italian /liliStrong knowledge of sustainability frameworks (LEED AP, BREAM AP, WELL AP etc.).
/liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
/liliStrong written and verbal communication abilities.
/liliProject management experience is a plus.
/liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
/liliProficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
/liliUp-to-date knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
/liliPassion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.
