/b /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe're building the clinical co-pilot of the future - empowering clinicians, enhancing care delivery, and scaling impact.
As part of our bGlobal Medical Operations team /b, you'll play a pivotal role in rolling out Tandem's AI clinical operating system to some of the most influential healthcare organisations worldwide.
/p pThis is a highly visible, global role where you'll engage directly with executives, medical leaders, and end-users.
You'll bring clinical insight into how our tools are implemented on the ground - from onboarding new organisations and refining workflows to shaping the product through continuous feedback.
You'll be at the forefront of transforming healthcare delivery, ensuring Tandem becomes an indispensable part of daily patient care for clinicians across the globe.
/p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul lipLead live product demos for prospective clients and support global commercial efforts.
/p /li lipDesign and adapt workflows and templates for diverse markets and large-scale customers.
/p /li lipPartner with product, engineering,



and commercial teams to deliver smooth rollouts and seamless workflow integration.
/p /li lipRepresent Tandem at international conferences, workshops, and customer events.
/p /li lipGuide clinicians through onboarding, training, and day-to-day support.
/p /li lipTroubleshoot and solve problems to ensure clinicians get maximum value from Tandem.
/p /li lipBuild templates and prompts, contributing to the ongoing evolution of Tandem's AI assistant.
/p /li lipManage clinical safety incidents and optimise internal operations for safe scaling.
/p /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul lipClinical experience in healthcare, ideally as a medical doctor (e.g. general practice, hospital, private practice).
/p /li lipExposure to consulting, corporate, or startup environments.
/p /li lipA passion for technology, AI, and their potential to transform care.
/p /li lipStrong communication skills — equally comfortable with executives, engineers, and frontline clinicians.
/p /li lipOrganisational strength and a process-driven mindset.
/p /li lipOwnership, curiosity, and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
/p /li lipFlexibility to travel up to 25% and step in during critical moments.
/p /li lipAbility to communicate fluently (bilingual) in both English and in Italian.
/p /li /ul h3Bonus Points /h3 ul lipExperience with prompting or large language models (LLMs).
/p /li lipBackground in healthtech or SaaS.
/p /li lipFamiliarity with EU clinical safety or digital health regulations.
