/ppbAbout the Role: /b /ppWe are looking for a Sbenior Project Management /b to support business development, with a strong focus on bentry into and consolidation within the e?mobility market /b.
This context is characterized by high technical complexity and highly demanding customer requirements in terms of quality, timelines, and reliability.
/ppAs a managerial role with functional responsibility for the Project Management organization, you will have a direct impact on the quality of project execution and on the success of strategic initiatives in a dynamic and fast?growing business environment.
/ppKey Responsibilities /ppIn this role, you will: /pulliCoordinate and develop the Project Management function, in line with the Project Management Transformation roadmap /liliEnsure effective project planning and execution, guaranteeing compliance with timelines, costs, and quality standards /liliTake direct ownership of strategic initiatives, particularly in the e?mobility domain,



managing all project phases hands?on /liliAct as the main customer interface for the most critical projects, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and reliability /liliWork cross?functionally with Engineering and Production teams during development and throughout execution /liliContribute to the evolution of the Project Management operating model, promoting best practices, standardization, and continuous improvement /li /ulpbWhat You Need to Be Successful: /b /pulliProven experience leading Project Management teams/functions in complex, technical environments with high customer expectations /liliStrong capability to drive end?to?end project governance (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, stakeholders) /liliDemonstrated ability to manage strategic, customer?critical projects with a hands?on approach /liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior customer interfacing /liliStrong cross?functional leadership and ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering and Manufacturing/Production /liliA continuous improvement mindset with experience driving standardization and best practices in PM processes /liliE?mobility experience (projects, customers, products, or ecosystem) is a strong plus /li /ulpbOur Offer /b /ppCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR ******, in line with experience.
The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.
/ppThe compensation package also includes a variable component in the form of an annual premio, which can reach 15% of base salary at target and a company car, subject to Company policy.
/ppA range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy.
/ppThe applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
