/ph3Your Role and Impact /h3pAs Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving store performance by supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations and execution of retail standards.
You will help create a high-performing, consumer-focused environment by leading the team on the shop floor, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a premium adidas experience.
/ppYou will act as a role model, motivating and developing your team while contributing to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, replenishment, inventory, and compliance /liliLead by example on the sales floor, ensuring a premium consumer experience and strong service culture /liliMotivate, coach,



and develop team members to achieve store targets and grow their capabilities /liliDrive execution of store processes and standards to ensure smooth and efficient operations /liliSupport recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires /liliMonitor and analyze store KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve performance and profitability /liliEnsure Visual Merchandising standards are maintained in line with brand guidelines /liliHandle challenging interpersonal situations professionally and support a positive team environment /liliTake ownership of specific store responsibilities and lead initiatives in line with business needs /liliStep in for the Store Manager when required /li /ulh3What We Are Looking For In You /h3ulliMinimum 18 months of experience in a retail environment (sports/fashion preferred), including supervisory responsibility or experience as Assistant Store Manager /liliStrong team leadership and coaching skills /liliSolid understanding of retail operations and store processes /liliStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive performance /liliGood knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /liliGood knowledge of MS Office /liliFluent in English and Italian /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliSalary starting from €34k /liliCCNL Commercio – Level 2 /liliMeal vouchers /liliVariable premio /liliWelfare and corporate benefits program /liliEmployee Assistance Program and accident insurance /liliEmployee discount /liliLearning and development opportunities /li /ulpNot the right job for you?
