Harding+ is seeking experienced Watch Sales Specialists to join onboard retail teams on cruise ships worldwide. You’ll deliver premium guest experiences, guide high-value purchases and maximise watch sales with product knowledge and consultative selling.

Live and work at sea with accommodation and meals provided, contracts up to 6 months, and the opportunity to earn up to 6% commission on premium watch sales in addition to salary. Travel the world while building lasting guest relationships.
