ALMA MATER STUDIORUM - UNIVERSITA' DI BOLOGNA - DIPARTIMENTO DI SCIENZE GIURIDICHE is inviting applications for a research fellowship. The project aims to analyse the state of statutory autonomy of the Italian Regions within the Republican multilevel legal system and verify its coherence with the current Constitutional framework.

The research will identify inconsistencies and seek to reaffirm regional centrality within their territories, exploring potential reforms of statutes.
