Evotec WD seeks a Research Expert to lead Early Pharmaceutics projects from Discovery through early Development.
You will define formulation and biopharmaceutics strategies, interpret data, and support progression of innovative molecules toward clinical development.
You will mentor scientists, promote best practices and foster innovation within the group, collaborating closely with Medicinal Chemistry, DMPK and Analytical Development teams.
