We are driven by the following values**: respect, determination, legacy, engagement and sustainability.** Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km. The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI). Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government. **Position**:
The Transport Operation Centers Coordinator is part of the Digital & Communication Unit within the Transport Area. In particular, he/she will: - coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage critical situations;
- be responsible for managing the different Transport Operation Centers that will be activated in the clusters,



playing a fundamental role in coordinating and resolving critical issues during the transport operations;
- coordinate ensures the proper planning of operational centers, their effective implementation;
- supervise all activities 360°, during the Games : serving as a liaison between the various internal units/areas of the Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026, the International Olympic Committee, and the various stakeholders/partners/providers involved on field.
- analyze transportation data and utilizing specialized software for management, effectively communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders **Requirements**: - Preferably a degree in engineering, and/or at least four years of work experience in operational coordination roles, preferably in transportation, emergency or big events;
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Proficiency in communication activities and tools;
- In-depth knowledge of transportation management principles and logistics;
- Knowledge of transportation planning systems and monitoring technologies;
- Soft knowledge of local regulations and standards in transportation and safety;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing situations;
- Resilience to stress and ability to make quick and informed decisions even under pressure;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders of different levels and backgrounds;
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships and effective collaborations with the International Olympic Committee, local authorities, service providers, stakeholders and other partners. **Other information**:
