We are looking for young, curious, motivated and brave talents, to join our Group! On** March 7th,** OTB will open the doors of its Breganze HQ to a selected group of young talents. During the day you will participate in engaging activities and take part in an assessment that, through a fun gamification activity, will provide you with useful tools for your professional growth path.
You will also interact with the HR Team to find out about internship opportunities in our Group from April/May and you will have the opportunity to be selected for one of them.
If you will be selected, during your **6 months internship**, you will put your hands-on different challenges and you will support the Managers and the Functional Team working within a dynamic, young and international environment, full of challenges!- Students or graduates in Economics, Management, Business Administration and Finance, Data Analytics or Management Engineering;
- Positive mindset, curiosity, proactivity;
- Flexibility, dynamism and adaptability;
- Problem-solving skills and orientation towards the achievement of objectives;
- Relational skills and aptitude for team working;
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and good analytical skills;
- Fluent in Italian and in English. Other foreign languages will be considered a plus,
- Availability for a 6 months internship from April/May. Would you like to come on board?
