As our MembershipProgrammeCoordinator, you work closely with the MembershipProgrammeManager to bring our community calendar to life. From the daily rituals,headline& Next Gen events to local partnerships and the DearNeighborprogramme,you'rethe person who makes things happen on the ground.
You haveastrong senseforwhat’son trend and know how to translate that intoprogrammesand experiences that connect people, are relevant, and feel unmistakably TSH. You take ownership for the execution and production of the programs — managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, aligning partners and suppliers, and making sure every detail comes together seamlessly in your hub.You’rehands-on throughout the process and know how to turn creative ideas into well-produced experiences that run smoothly and leave an impact.You'reorganised,hands-on, and genuinely excited by the details that make the difference between a good event and onepeople arestill talking about next week. You coordinate all eventprogrammesfor our members from A to Z and love to produce experiences that matter.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate and produce all event and partnership programs for our members - from briefing to build-up to breakdown.
- Stakeholder management and coordinate with internal teams (F&B;, operations, marketing) to make sure every event element runs smoothly.
- Own and run the DearNeighbourprogramme- building connections between members and the widerneighbourhoodaround the hub.
- Maintain local partnerships with brands and organizations that add value to our community
- Manage theprogrammecalendar for our NextGen community, translating formats and adding your spices
- Keep an eye onwhat'sworking and whatisn't- collect member feedback during events and share insights with the team.
- Actively promote upcoming events to members withapersonal touch- you knowwho'dlove what
- Managethe events section on our digital community platform; upload content, promote all events, manage our ticketing system, and analyze event data.
What You'll Have
- 1-3 years of experience in events, community, hospitality, or a similar hands-on role
- You'replugged into the city - you followwhat'shappening, absorbwhat'snew, and naturally translate that into ideas for theprogramme
- A creative mind and strong visual sense - you care about how things look, feel, and land with an audience
- You’rea producer,
willing to get your hands dirty and get excited for an event production.
- Strong communicationskills and the confidence to reach out to partners and collaborators
- You'reproactive - you spot what needs to happen and you do it, without waiting to be asked
- Comfortable working evenings or weekends when events call for it
- Fluent in English. Dutch is a pre. Other languages are a welcome premio
