**About the role**: - Create schedules for audits/assessments in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assign auditors to audit activities based on expertise and availability.
- Maintain and update our client database with any changes.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth planning processes.
- Ensure timely completion of all planning tasks. **Performance Measurements**: - Performance will be evaluated based on yearly targets and indicators.

**About you**: - Previous experience in a multinational company with customer interaction is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in legal disciplines, political sciences, or humanities is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Fluent in Italian.
- Proficient in English and familiarity with Office software.
