**We are currently recruiting a Finance Manager for a industrial group specialised in technology for agriculture.**
**The position is** **on-site in Castelvetro (MO**)**, the group is has plants & operations in Piacenza, Milano (Head Quarter) and in Spain and France.**

**YOUR ROLE**
- Reporting to the Group CFO the manager will have the following responsibilities:
**KEY DELIVERABLES**
- Ensure all **standard reporting** activities are timely and accurate for statutory and tax purposes;
- Governance of the Site **closing process**, in direct liaison with Central Group Finance Team, preparing **monthly and yearly closing and reporting**, ensuring accuracy, predictability and timely delivery of results in respect of internal and Group deadlines;
- Ensure compliance to accounting rules - local and IFRS
- **Business and economics performance analysis** including sales, marketing, selling and general expenses by cost center, ensuring control;
- **Profit analysis** (volumes, cost deep dives, product margin) and cash generation analysis;
- Ensure **cost control** for the site Vs profit plan/prior forecast expectations;
- Annual **planning process** and forecast;
- Monitor,
analyse and comment monthly results against budget/planning or last year performance;
- Propose remediation **action plan if needed**, and follow-up on their implementation;
- Ensure **effective communication** to stakeholders, with appropriate ad-hoc reports and analyses issued timely and accurately;
- Weekly cash reporting and monthly cash projection.
- Coordinate a team of 2/3 based in Piacenza
- Frequent travel required to Piacenza **REQUIRED**
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent;
- From 10 to 15 years of experience in controlling/finance, or another strong analytical field;
- Strong financial and analytical skills;
- Solid knowledge of the controlling techniques and processes;
- Goal oriented, good at prioritizing his/her tasks and meeting deadlines;
- Strong interpersonal skills, great team player
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
- French and/or Spanish knowledge a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with SAP is strongly sought
- Experience with Power BI and Business Intelligence tools a plus
