We are currently seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our Account team asAccount Assistant.

What you will do

As anAccount Assistant , the candiadate willsupport the Account team during the entire creative development cycle of brands design & communication projects, from brief to delivery; reporting to the Account Executive.

- Collaborate with senior account in the development and coordination of packaging, communication and below the line activities;
- Managing projects from development to completion including schedule creation, budgeting and invoicing;
- Support the team to handle multiple projects at the same time;




- Communicate with marketing departments in the execution of creative projects (presentation, revisions, approval);
- Participate to meetings, prepare reports documenting meeting discussion;
- Undertake administrative tasks.

Skills & Requirements

- Degree in Marketing or Communication;
- At least 1 year experience in communication/packaging below the line agencies or marketing departments;
- Good organizational and time-management skills;
- Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook;

Thepositionoffersagrossannualsalaryof€25.102,00.Additional compensation and company benefits may also apply and will be discussed and defined during the selection process and on an individual basis.

For this position, we offer a fixed term contract (12 months).
