**Position**:
Inside Sales **Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions** (ECS), a part of Arrow Electronics, brings innovative IT solutions to the market to solve complex business challenges. We deliver value-added distribution, business consulting and channel enablement services to leading technology manufacturers and their channel partners. We help businesses grow faster, operate efficiently and transform in a dynamic market. We're looking for a person to join our **Networking & Security** division as an **Intern** for a 1-year program during which you will deep-dive into Storage and Networking projects. This position is based in **Milan**. During your internship you will start with supporting Arrow's customers by ensuring the correct and speedy fulfillment of the orders, monitoring them in the entire process, from the sales quotation to the invoice. Once you understand the way we work, you will move to a more technical part of the job, where we will train you in how to propose and to configure datacom and storage solutions. **What would you learn?**
- To manage the setup of partners and orders,
- To create quotes, supporting sales and purchase orders,
- To manage backlog, expediting orders and troubleshooting,
- To make complex configurations of datacom and storage solutions,
- To improve the customer experience,
- To create weekly reports. **What are we looking for?**
- A person who has completed their education recently,
- Good fundamental knowledge in IT solutions,
- Strong interest in IT sector,
