- OperationsArcese is looking for a manager to drive excellence in operations management, promote continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by the optimization of the processes. Join us in one of these branches: Basiano (MI), Castel San Pietro Terme (BO), Verona (VR). **YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE**: - Analyzing and re-defining the actual operative procedures to optimize the workflow
- Adapting procedures to customer requirements and relevant regulations
- Leading the operation managers in implementing new procedures and changes
- Utilizing methodologies for analyzing non-conformities and identifying corrective/preventive actions
- Defining the criteria and identify the sources for measuring the performances both in Transport and Logistic process
- Defining the requirements of the tools for monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Verifing the implementation and effectiveness of Corrective Actions/Preventive Actions
- Identifing and validate data sources for reporting
- Catching the needs of the operation managers for the development of new tools
- Being the interface between technical departments and operations for the implementations of the new tools **WHO YOU ARE**: - You hold a degree in STEM (Engineering, Statistics, Economics) or related fields




- You speak English very well
- You know Power BI, Excel and Power Point
- You have excellent analytical, information processing and synthesis skills
- You are a proactive person
- You have open-mindedness, flexibility, curiosity, and creativity
- You are an excellent leader and you have interpersonal skills
- You are able to manage complexity and stress
