ppFor our Parma headquarters, we are looking for a bManagement Engineer – Supply Chain Production Analyst /b to join the Operations Department.
This role will act as a key link between the production department and company management, supporting the Technical Director through the monitoring of production activities, data analysis, and the preparation of management reports aimed at improving operational performance.
/p h3bWhat We Are Looking For /b /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's Degree in Management Engineering.
/li liAt least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in Production Planning or Production Control.
/li liExcellent knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
/li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Qlik, or similar).
/li liAbility to communicate and collaborate effectively with both operational staff and management.
/li liAnalytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
/li /ul pExpected Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €45,000, commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills.
