OKTOBER is a fast-growing Shopify retention agency; we seek a senior leader to own client delivery end-to-end, including people, capacity, and relationships, so quality, margin and retention hold without the founder in the room.

You will lead retention and design functions, coach 3–6 direct reports and 40+ indirect reports, and partner with the founder on business strategy as the company scales.
