Order Handling and Customer Support Manager

Manager / Team Leader

In this role you lead the Local Division Order Handling team to manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction. You will implement and refine customer service strategy, collaborate across functions, and drive continuous improvement including AI-based order-entry automation. Your work supports ABB’s mission to run what runs the world by delivering reliable, customer-centric service and operational excellence.

- Lead and develop the Order Handling team to sustain a high-performance, customer-centric culture
- Ensure end-to-end Order-to-Cash execution for domestic and export markets with compliance and policy adherence




- Build and maintain proactive customer relationships and drive rapid issue resolution
- Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation within Order Handling, including AI-based order entry automation
- Collaborate with business counterparts to optimize processes and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Solid experience in Order Handling, Customer Support, or related Order-to-Cash roles
- Proven leadership experience with ability to develop people and foster accountability
- Strong knowledge of SAP and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes (order management, shipping docs, invoicing, transportation, trade, compliance)
- Customer service excellence mindset and track record in dynamic environments
- Effective communication in Italian and English (written and spoken)
