FedEx is seeking an Ops Service, Quality and Process Associate to join a newly formed European Global Trade Service team. You will lead root cause analyses from dashboards and data queries, driving quality improvements in customs clearance services and collaborating with Planning, Engineering, Compliance and other functions to raise service levels.

Strong problem-solving, proactive change leadership, and excellent communication at all levels are essential.
