**JOB PURPOSE** As part of transport team the main task is to handle incoming requests to the Company Main goal is to improve carrier haulage results, adhere to instructions received and coordinate respective hauliers Grant immediate assistance when necessary and guarantee no delay in flow of information, both internal and external **PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & MEASUREMENT** To organize invoicing for import - export transports To optimize transports either with truck or intermodal To keep the system updated and send orders to hauliers Daily verification of voyages assigned and inform the team of transport orders received To support the team leader during checks of invoices To keep the system updated with carrier haulage voyages Adhere to ONE guidelines and group values in daily job **SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERTISE** Good communication skills Good organisational and planning skills Good knowledge of English Problem solving Flexibility Team building Accuracy and good eye for detail Previous experience in logistic and transport environment will be highly considered Google environment MS Package In addition to the major responsibilities detailed in this job description, the job holder will carry out any other duty or project that will be assigned by the company
