Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full tender lifecycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, bid strategy, response coordination, submission, and post‑award follow‑up.
- Develop and execute growth strategies across Public Sector, Healthcare, and Education verticals.
- Drive business growth through a combination of channel partner engagement and direct sales activities.
- Analyze procurement pipelines, framework agreements, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including sales, legal, finance, product management, and operations to deliver high‑quality tender responses.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking within CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Deliver regular business reviews, market insights, and performance reporting to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, procurement forums, and customer engagements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven track record managing complex public sector sales and tender processes.
- Strong experience working with public procurement, framework agreements, and regulated purchasing environments.
- Demonstrated success in Healthcare, Education, or Public Sector markets.
- Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and indirect sales models.
- Experience managing strategic accounts and long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to interpret complex procurement requirements and market data.
- Strong tender management and bid strategy capabilities.
- Advanced stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced and competitive environment.
