**Main Responsibilities**: - **Preparatory Phase for Construction**: - Support procurement activities for construction contracts.
- Assist in various studies for project development.
- Drive construction strategy development and tendering.
- Manage contract negotiations and ensure clarity on scope, risk, quality, cost, and schedule.
- Support in defining specifications and managing tender phases for various contracts.
- **During Construction Phase**: - Lead a team of project professionals.
- Oversee day-to-day management of construction projects.
- Ensure safe and efficient project execution.
- Manage project resources, processes, and controls.
- Communicate with contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Conduct internal project reviews and meetings.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and financial performance.
- Lead handover process to Operations & Maintenance Department. **Requirements**:
**Business Knowledge**: - Significant knowledge of construction renewable energy projects.
- Familiarity with project management processes, health & safety, quality legislation, and commercial drivers for infrastructure projects.
- Experience in contracts management and project governance. **_Essential Functional / Technical Skills_**
- Demonstrable experience in site management and project management in construction, ideally in the Wind and PV sector.
- Experience in EPC construction and commissioning large Renewable Energy Projects, with a proven track record in Wind and/or Solar PV.
- Ability to lead project teams and key stakeholders to ensure robust project performance.
- Ability to communicate at all levels in the organisation and to key stakeholders out with the organisation.
- Membership of/or working towards membership of a recognised Project Management body is desirable. **Base Location**: Rome
