We are looking for a Client Engagement & VIC Specialist to join the CRM Team, to play a pivotal role in implementing our CRM activities through different channels.
In a fast-moving pace and exciting environment, the candidate will be responsible for Responsible for defining and driving global CRM and client engagement strategies across international markets, ensuring alignment between Marketing, Merchandising, Retail and Digital teams.
The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
- Defining global and local CRM communication strategies, including newsletters and personalized one-to-one client outreach, with responsibility for content calendars, audience segmentation and campaign planning;
- Coordinating global client engagement programs for VIC, including exclusive events, experiences, gifting strategies and relationship‑building initiatives;
- Designing clienteling frameworks,
playbooks and best practices to ensure consistent execution across international markets;
- Overseeing the development and deployment of global gifting programs, collaborating with regional and internal teams to ensure effective execution;
- Acting as the point of coordination between global and regional stakeholders to drive CRM excellence and client engagement initiatives.
Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in CRM, Client Engagement and Customer Strategy;
- Curious and creative thinker with a strong data-driven mindset;
- Proactive, reliable and highly organized, with strong attention to detail and deadlines;
- Excellent project management and planning skills;
- Ability to prioritize effectively among competing tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities;
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, leveraging customer insights to develop multichannel strategies aligned with business objectives;
- Fluency in English and Italian.
