- An MSc in a Biological Science is mandatory.
- PhD or at least a previous experience of 3/5 years in agricultural microbiology (exclusively on plant nutrition and/or soil health) within firms or research centers.
- Basic microbial fermentation know-how at laboratory scale.
- Proficiency in Office package.
- Fluency in English. **What will you be responsible for?**
- Conducting microbiological analysis of environmental samples, including biostimulants and raw materials.
- Kinetics and process optimization studies related to fermentation processes.
- Maintaining microbial cultures, ensuring absolute sterility and purity.
- Collaborating effectively with team members to provide laboratory support for research projects.
- Contributing research ideas and participating actively in activity planning.
- Preparation and maintenance of comprehensive laboratory records detailing methods, sample processing, and results.
- Assisting with general laboratory maintenance and operation of equipment related to microbial analysis. **What are the key soft skills required for the role?**
