We are looking for a **Warehouse Shift Leader **_in Santa Palomba_** to be in charge of leading the operational First Line Management Teams, driving high performance and supporting continuous improvement. **Warehouse Shift Leader Responsibilities**: - Supporting the site manager in the achievement of revenue and cost reduction;
- Assuring highest care about People management;
- Driving high performances;
- Contributing and developing Continuous Improvement Projects;




- Driving the Team to find new ways to increase quality and profit of the site.
- Keeping aligned SLA and KPIs with the expectations and agreements;
- Maintaining safety and security high level;
- Supporting the Site Manager to build strong relationship with the Customer;
- Ensuring training for all team members is kept up to date;
- Coaching for his First Line Management Team. **What we need from you**: - Degree or Equivalent Experience;
- 3 years of experience in a similar role in manufacturing industry with direct management of Blu Collars;
- Working knowledge of Supply Chain/Pharma sector;
- Strong leadership attitude;
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills;
- Financial/Commercial Awareness;
- Flexibility and team player attitude
