**Job title**: Chef to Family of 3 (+1)
**Days/Hours**: 6 days a week from 11 till 21 **Overview**:
We are looking for a Private Chef to be part of the in-house team and work on a weekly basis. The principals have set mealtimes for lunch and evening meal is to be served at 9pm. This allows for a lot of structure within the position. During the normal week, the chef is requested to prepare healthy-style meals for the family and be confident presenting food in a dining room environment. This is for Lunch and Evening meal. Normally, this role will just be catering for the immediate family of 3 + 1 (the nanny). However, on various occasions, the principles will entertain, hold dinner parties or other social events that will require catering for. There will be good notice for this.



A weekly menu will be presented and developed to the Principal's ahead of sign off and ordering to minimise wastage. The family enjoys eating Italian, Mediterranean, Asian (Indian, Japanese) as well. **Responsibilities**: - Producing weekly menus
- Grocery shopping
- Cleaning up and keeping a tidy kitchen
- Cooking nutritious meals for two adults and a 10-month-old.
- Some travelling between properties **Essential criteria**: - Knowledge of dietary requirements
- Experience working as a private chef in a similar role
- Live within good commuting distance from Via Borgunovo.
- Knowledgeable and confident with Italian, Mediterranean, Asian (Indian, Japanese)
