Reporting to the Global Export Documentation Lead, you will assist the Supply Chain team in planning, creating and communicating the European and international market programs. This role is a fixed term role from September to end of March. The role can be based in Bologna and in Aprilia. You will be accountable for: - Assisting the team to create the European and Overseas market orders in due time.
- Ensure all the loading plans provided are accurate and communicate them to suppliers.
- Collaborate to create the European loading plan for the European Market.
- Assist the Supply Chain team with other duties as required. **Ko wai koe? Who are you?**:
We are looking for someone who is details oriented,
reliable and who will develop her/ his expertise in the fresh food and international environment with passionate people.
- Administration experience
- Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI). SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Logistics or export experience preferred
- Ability to communicate well in English (both written and verbal) and French or Spanish an asset
