**This role in summary** As a Finance Intern you will join the Finance Team in our productive site in Cassinetta. You will contribute within both
- manufacturing and central finance environments, ensuring ad hoc analyses and cost deployment initiatives. **Your responsibilities will include**
- Supporting the team in driving the plants towards financial targets
- Working closely with finance colleagues during the month end closure process
- Providing ad hoc analyses on Manufacturing KPIs (labor cost, utilities, etc.) in order to explain possible variances between expected and actual results
- Collaborating with the different departments in order to increase level of depth on Cost Deployment in the plants (WCM strategic approach) **Minimum requirements**
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Management field or equivalent
- proficient Italian and English speaker
- proficient use of Pack Office, especially Excel
- Good communication, facilitation,
