We are still looking for the right passionate, dedicated and service-oriented **Front /back Receptionist** to join our Front Office team, capable to express him/herself in **perfect English**. - Experience of working in 5 star **BOUTIQUE** Hotel environment as customer service and Front Office department;
- High school diploma required, additional hospitality training preferred;
- Knowledge of **DIRECT HOLIDAY PMS **and **ERMES Channel Manager/Booking Engine**
- Great Customer Service Skills - Must enjoy guest interaction and be able to anticipate guest needs and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times;
- Must be able to maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests;




- Assist with the luggage and car parking if necessary
- Ability to promote hotel restaurants, spa and packages;
- Awareness of 5 Star Hotel Standards and guest expectations;
- Marketing and Sales oriented;
- Italian and excellent command of English language (C1 verbal and written), knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage.

- Seasonal contract from June (or earlier) until October. Contract will be extended for the most experienced and dedicate person.
