**Legal Affairs Specialist**:

It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores. **LEGAL AFFAIRS SPECIALIST** At Diesel Headquarters located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for an experienced Legal Affairs Specialist to join our Legal Department. The role will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and reviewing Marketing, Communications and a broad range of Commercial contracts in order to lead matters involving commercial and Intellectual Property Rights. **The role’s main responsibilities are**: - Draft and review, in compliance with Diesel Spa templates, of legal contracts, letters of agreement, and other documents related to Diesel Spa Functions' matters to protect the organization's interests.




- Maintain databases ensuring accurate recording of legal contracts, letters of agreement, and other documents.
- Advise Diesel Spa Corporate Functions on all legal matters and the potential impact of current and future laws and regulations on the organization. **Main interfaces**: - You will report to the Head of Legal department and work closely with:
- Diesel Spa Legal Team
- OTB Legal Team
- External legal counsels **What requirements you need to have**: - Master Degree in Law.
- A minimum of 2/3 year experience focused on IP and Brand Protection within a global brand or a legal firm.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language complete the profile we are looking for. Other language skills would be preferred.
- The profile must have determination to achieve the objectives, initiative, ability to problem solving and teamwork. **Location**: Breganze (VI) DSL #LI-AR
