**Your responsibilities**: - Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement;
- Develop process maps, flowcharts, and documentation to illustrate current and future state processes;
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the performance of business processes;
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of new and existing processes;
- Support in the implementation and maintenance of ISO certifications;
- Lead and manage process improvement projects from inception to completion;
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in process management;
- Provide training and support to employees on new processes and tools; **Your skills, experience, and qualifications**: - Ms Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or an equivalent degree;
- A minimum of 1 years of professional experience in a consulting firms or in a IT company in business process analysis, process improvement, or a related role.
- Experience with process modeling tools and software;
- Strong process and/or project management skills;
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to prioritize;
- Strong sense of urgency with a demonstrated record of meeting commitments despite pressure;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package;
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Italian;
- Willing to travel;
