In this crucial role, you will be the embodiment of Palazzo Tornabuoni's exceptional service, ensuring our esteemed residents and guests experience the epitome of Italian hospitality. **Your responsibilities will include**: - Providing warm and personalized greetings to residents and guests
- Assisting with luggage during arrivals and departures
- Managing errands, parcels, and shopping bags
- Contributing to event set-up and execution
- Delivering grocery orders to residences
- Maintaining cleanliness in the entrance and luggage areas
- Supporting the Reception/Concierge team with your insights and recommendations




- Previous experience in luxury hospitality operations, preferably in a residential or boutique hotel setting
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a team-oriented approach
- Valid driving license and legal right to work in Italy
