Job responsibilities **BVLGARI**, the magnificent Italian jeweler, is a global and diversified luxury brand featuring exceptional quality, innovative style together with an impeccable service. Since 1884, we have been setting the pace for Italian style in jewelry, watches, accessories, fragrances, and leather goods. In such a dynamic and motivating context, we are offering **two Internship opportunities** in our newly created **Global Care Service Department**. The Interns will support the Global Care Service team based in **Rome** in the following main activities: - Participate in the definition of the overall Care Service program with the aim to offer an ultimate luxury experience.
- Support all the activities related to the management of care service projects across Jewelry/Watches/Accessories commercial network.
- Based on understanding of the Care Service market action plan, as well as continuous research and analysis of the environment, propose central and local initiatives to enhance the service quality level and guarantee the orchestration of the projects’ implementation with the markets.




- Perform benchmark activities by analyzing competitors’ Care Service proposal.
- Support the smooth and successful deployment and completion of the projects by collaborating closely with all counterparts and relevant stakeholders (Business Units, Markets, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, etc.).
- Analyze and monitor Care Service KPIs, highlighting impactful issues.
- Contribute to the definition of the new Care tone of voice and spread Care Service culture at both central and local level. Profile Technical Skills
- Degree in Economics or Engineering
- Quantitative data analysis
- Project management fundamentals
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- SAP proficiency is a plus
- Fluency in Italian and English Soft Skills
