We are looking for Inside Sales to add to our Genoa Sales Team Key tasks and responsibilities: - Schedule, research and prepare material for Outside Sales for customer meetings/ZIM Compass
- Prepare quotations (request rates from other ZIM departments/agencies as needed).
- Enter updated customers data from Outside Sales and other sources into ZRM system.
- Forward client complaints/correctors and follow-up the resolution of these.
- Solve ad-hoc customers’ problems. departments within ZIM."
- Track customer performance of the accounts portfolio.
- Update account plans/profiles according to Outside Sales input.
- Undergo the required training according to the training program.
- Populate KPI template for Outside Sales on a weekly basis to enable performance tracking.




- Ensure data accuracy of ZRM or other related systems for cargo shipped by controlled customers. **Requirements**:
Professional and personal skills
- Completed apprenticeship in shipping or forwarding
- Outgoing personality
- Geographical knowledge
- Teamplayer
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work in an open-plan office
- Languages: English (Scale 1 - 7)*: 5
- MS Office: word, excel (Scale 1 - 7)*: 4 General guidelines
