**Test Manager**:
TXT Assioma, a company belonging to the Fintech branch of the TXT Group, is an Italian company with 30 years of experience, specializing in the solution, analysis and prevention of problems related to Software Quality for the Banking&Finance; sector.
We are looking for a Test Manager to expand the team on an important client of ours.
The person will be in charge of supporting the planning and coordination phase of testing activities and contribute to the definition of test plans, their execution and related monitoring.
**Main responsibilities**:
Follow testing strategies in line with industry best practices and identify testing requirements, both functional and non-functional;
Participate in the execution of functional and performance testing;
Support release planning;
Participate in the processes of devising, executing and monitoring performance tests,



using the tools that can assess software scalability and performance;
Contribute to the evolution of new business processes related to Quality Assurance, with the goal of optimizing the effectiveness of the testing process.
**Education**: High School Diploma in the informatic field or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer or Electronic Engineering. **Requirements**:
Advanced knowledge of software testing concepts and industry best practices;
Knowledge of agile testing methodologies and integration of testing activities into agile processes.
**Nice To Have**:
ISTQB or QBAI certification.
Experience in test design;
Experience in project management.
