Waddi S.r.l., a Personnel Recruitment & Selection company, is seeking, on behalf of a well-established company with over 20 years of experience in the market of premium products and services for the yachting sector, a **Back Office Junior Account Assistant** **Main duties and responsabilities**
- **Order and Supply Management**: handle order processing, track deliveries and manage supply needs to ensure smooth daily operations.
- **Client and Supplier Coordination**: act as a bridge between clients and suppliers, maintaining clear, professional communication and efficient coordination.
- **Product and Supplier Sourcing**: proactively research and identify new products or suppliers to support inventory growth and diversity.
- **Receiving and Documentation**: oversee merchandise receipt and manage documentation, including unloading and processing transport documents.
- **Inventory Monitoring**: track stock levels to prevent shortages and anticipate supply needs, adjusting orders to align with seasonal peaks. **Requirements**: - **Fluent English**: strong command of English to communicate effectively with international clients and suppliers.
- **Experience**: background in hospitality, food and beverage, retail (GDO), or a similar field is essential.
- **Attention to Detail**:



high level of accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
- **Client-Oriented**: demonstrated experience in customer support and supplier management.
- **Availability and Flexibility**: willing to adapt to seasonal demands and work increased hours as necessary during peak seasons.
- Proven proficiency in using Excel and basics of ERP software.
