As an **Operations Support Staff** member, you will manage back-end operations and provide customer support for our air cargo booking platform. This role involves regular data entry, database maintenance, and ensuring smooth operational processes while working remotely. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**: - Handle day-to-day operations related to the air cargo booking platform.
- Perform regular data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the database.
- Maintain and update databases to support efficient cargo operations.
- Provide support to clients and partners through various communication channels.
- Address and resolve queries related to air cargo bookings and operations.




- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
- Monitor and manage operational processes to ensure smooth functioning of the air cargo booking platform.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Work autonomously in a full remote environment while maintaining consistent communication with the team.
- Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations. **Education and Work Experience**: - Minimum of two years’ experience as Freight Operations Support or in any similar role handling air freights, forwarders or logistics preferably in US.
- Familiarity with logistics systems and proficiency in using them is preferable.
- Must be keen to details and capable of performing detailed and accurate work.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment with mínimal supervision.
- Consistently maintain communication with the team and work cooperatively.
