As **Director of Sales and Marketing** your mission is to coordinate and implement all commercial activities and maximize business opportunities for the newest Hotel Gabrielli, in the heart of Venice. Your responsibilities include: - Coordinating, planning and executing all commercial activities for the Hotel Gabrielli.
- Developing and implementing a Sales and Marketing strategic plan to increase sales and incremental business.
- Managing the Hotel Budget regarding Sales and Marketing activities/initiatives.
- Assuring proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain supportive feedback on service and product delivery in order to identify and address possible areas of improvement.
- Handling and developing relationships with key clients.
- Managing relationships with local institutions/organizations to which the Hotel is linked.
- Supporting the sales team of the Hotel.




- Work closely and coordinate with the Headquarter Sales & Marketing Team regarding all the activities/initiatives.
- Analysing competitor strategies. Exceed expectations revealing: - A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
- Previous and proven experience in the role.
- An exceptional ability to inspire people with our concept.
- Strong knowledge of the assigned area.
- Proactive mind-set and positive thinking.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
