Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests. As a valued part of the Robusto family, you will: - Greet and welcome our Guests when they arrive at the restaurant, creating a personalised interaction as first step of their tailor made culinary experience, according to our standards and procedures;
- Answer phone calls and manage the restaurant mail correspondence to book reservations;
- Carry out final bill operations and cash management, when needed;
- Cooperate well with colleagues in own team and across departments;
- Tailor your approach and anticipate needs so that high quality results are achieved;
- Deliver discreet, understated and timely service, going that extra mile;
- Consistently match and surpass guest expectations to ensure guest loyalty;
- Be knowledgeable of the hotel and our products, and actively seek opportunities to promote them;




- Take ownership of own tasks and responsibilities in line with the departmental standards ***:
**Who we are looking for**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests. We are looking for team members who bring: - High personal and professional standards
- Knowledge of F&B; management software (e.g. Quadranet)
- Good instincts for understanding and fulfilling the needs of guests
- Good communication skills with colleagues and guests
- Proficiency in English at Intermediate level
- Professional experience in the same or similar role
- Valid HACCP certification
- Confidence and pride to resolve guest and workplace issues
- Enthusiasm for learning and personal growth
