Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests. As a valued part of the Forte family, you will: - Oversee the bar team's workflow, ensuring good cooperating across departments;
- Support team members to ensure that five-star service standards are maintained at all times;
- Manage the stock, serving guests, placing stock orders and ensuring product quality;
- Deliver discreet, understated, tailored and timely service whilst sharing your knowledge and best practice with the team;
- Anticipate Guests needs and handle guest complaints;
- Remain focused on delivering excellence and seeking feedback from guests;
- Be knowledgeable of the hotel and our products and actively seek opportunities to promote them;
- Comply with H&S; national rules;
- Ensure that policies and procedures are complied with the highest standard of service. ***:
**Who we are looking for**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests. We are looking for team members who bring: - High personal and professional standards;
- Certificate as Professional Barman;
- Certificate as Sommelier is preferred;
- Strong instincts for understanding and fulfilling the needs of guests;
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests;
- Fluent proficiency in Italian and English. French as third language is preferred;
- Sound professional experience in a similar role in luxury hotels and/or bars at international level;
- Confidence and good nature in leading your team in a high-pressured environment;
- Enthusiasm for learning and personal growth with evidence through specialized courses, conferences/workshops;
- Ability to use software for management of F&B; - Familiar with Microsoft Office package. ***:
