Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests. As a valued part of the Robusto family, you will: - Manage an outstanding team, ensuring excellent cooperating across departments whilst leading by example;
- Manage and support team members to ensure that five-star service standards are maintained at all times;
- Manage performance including delivering orientations and trainings to ensure overall quality and skills building;
- Support the Bar Manager in accomplishing human resources objectives by scheduling staff rotas, coaching, counselling and disciplining employees;
- Monitor stock levels and align to the department financial objectives;
- Take ownership of decisions and actions;
- Support the Bar Manager in achieving the department financial objectives working closely with management and overall team;
- Comply with H&S; national rules. ***:

- Strong instincts when it comes to fulfilling the needs of guests
- Confidence and good nature in leading your team in a high-pressured environment
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests
- Fluent proficiency in Italian and English. A third language is preferred
- Sound professional experience in a similar role in luxury hotels and/or bars at international level
- Certificate as Professional Barman
- Certificate as Sommelier is preferred
- Evidence of self-development through specialized courses, conferences/workshops
- Ability to use software for management of F&B; - Familiar with Microsoft Office package ***:
