FAAC Technologies, world leader in access automation, parking and access control, including 50 sales companies, more than 3.700 employees worldwide and 18 manufacturing plants, is looking for an experienced and motivated **Internal Auditor.** The **Internal Auditor** will be part of the Corporate Internal Audit team and will contribute to the execution of audits and reviews of business processes to ensure compliance with regulations and corporate policies. The position is based in our **HQ in Zola Predosa, Bologna**. **Responsibilities**: - Assist in defining the audit plan.
- Participate in the execution of internal audits across various processes and departments.
- Collect, analyze, and document information and data related to audited processes.
- Draft audit reports, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Periodically monitor the progress of corrective actions proposed and agreed with management.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and provide recommendations to mitigate identified risks.
- Attend meetings with internal teams to present findings and support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Maintain updated documentation and procedures related to the audit processes. **Requirements**: - Degree in Economics, Finance, Management Control, Management Engineering, or related fields.
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in auditing firms, internal auditing, or management control.
- Basic knowledge of auditing methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Familiarity with applicable regulations and standards (COSO Report, SOX, Legislative Decree 231, industry regulations, etc.).
- Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement.
- Attention to detail and ability to organize activities with precision.
- Strong communication skills to interact across various business levels.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
