- RINA is currently recruiting for a **Junior Proposal Specialist - Public Tenders** to join its office in Rome, Naples or Lecce, Italy within the Italy Infrastructure & Mobility Division. **Mission**
- RINA is currently looking for motivated professional to fill the role of Proposal Specialist for engineering and consultancy services in our team dedicated to the Infrastructure & Mobility sector.**Key Accountabilities**
- He/She will be involved in coordinate the entire proposal development process, from understanding customer needs to the final presentation of the proposal
- He/She will be involved in managing client relationships and collaborating with the technical team to ensure consistency between the technical and commercial proposals
- He/She will closely collaborate with our internal tender office to jointly manage the administrative aspects of public and private tenders **Education**
- Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture**Qualifications**
- +2 years of experience in the role of Proposal Specialist - Junior Proposal Manager - Junior Project Engineer, in infrastructural and civil large scale projects
- Management Skills: Skills in managing proposals and bids, including collaborating with multidisciplinary teams involved in preparing technical and commercial proposals
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with particular attention to detail and proposal presentation
- Interpersonal Relationships: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, as well as collaborate effectively with various company functions involved in the proposal process




- Willingness to undertake a growth path in the development of public and private commercial proposals
- Good communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of Italian procurement code will be considered as a relevant plus **Competencies**
