**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and driven **Finance Manager** to join our dynamic team with a base in Italy. As part of the Finance management team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of our Italian entity, supporting the local Managing Director and reporting directly to the CFO based in The Netherlands. This position requires a seasoned finance professional with expertise in project management and a strong command of English. **Key Responsibilities**: - Oversee the financial operations and ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
- Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in alignment with company objectives.
- Lead financial reporting activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Collaborate with project teams to provide financial oversight and ensure effective project planning, execution, and control.
- Act as the key financial point of contact for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Strong and solid support to the local Managing Director in Italy
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and control.




- Support the CFO with ad hoc financial projects and initiatives. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional qualification is a plus.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the telecom or infrastructure (project) sectors.
- Proven experience in project management, including financial planning, monitoring, and reporting on project performance.
- Strong knowledge of Italian accounting standards and tax regulations; experience working in an international environment is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Italian is essential.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and strong Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
