What you’ll do: - You will join the Retail Administration team, reporting directly to the Retail Complaints Associate Manager;
- You will manage the dispatch of communications for the Retail Administration team;
- You will be responsible for handling complaints and overseeing the sending and monitoring of institutional PECs;
- You will collect, organize, and follow up on information from different business functions when needed.
- You will create and update reports on PECs and complaints. Who you are: - You have a diploma or a degree, preferably in law or administration;
- You have excellent communication skills and can interact effectively with various business functions;
- You have a good understanding of PEC management;
- You have advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel;
- You have strong logical reasoning abilities, and you are organized and precise;
