**Role Description** **Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of penetration testers to conduct security assessments.
- Develop, implement, and oversee penetration testing methodologies and best practices.
- Analyze assessment results and provide actionable recommendations to improve security posture.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors in the automotive industry.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on security assessments to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement within the organization. **Job-related information**:

Location: Turin (Italy)
Language: English, Italian (B2+) **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Proven experience in penetration testing,



preferably in the automotive or related industry.
- Deep understanding of common cybersecurity vulnerabilities and attack vectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
