As a key member of the SymphonyAI Retail, you will work closely with clients and internal cross-functional teams to deliver and optimize our Store Intelligence solutions. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the value of our AI-driven technologies, fostering client relationships, and driving successful project implementations that align with our strategic goals. **Job Description**:
**What You’ll Do**
- ** Drive** the delivery and roll-out of Computer Vision AI-based solutions across the UK and European markets, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- ** Manage** product implementation and project timelines, ensuring seamless integration of our technology platforms for retailers, brands, and partners.
- ** Evaluate** and monitor system performance, ensuring solution stability and effective AI model management and training.
- ** Lead** customer engagements by overseeing solution implementation from concept to commercialization, providing consultancy to maximize system value.
- ** Collaborate** with product and technical teams to translate customer needs into actionable product design and development specifications. **What You’ll Bring**
- ** Language Proficiency**: Business-level proficiency in Italian, alongside English, for effective communication with local and international teams.
- ** Project Management Experience**: Proven track record in managing complex technology deliveries, preferably in AI technologies.




- ** Retail Market Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the grocery retail sector, with experience in both store operations and headquarters environments.
- ** Communication Skills**: Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities for effective stakeholder engagement and presentation delivery.
